Early Runs Lift Trojans Over Warhawks

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The Trojans scored three runs in the second and four in the third to collect all the runs needed to defeat ULM in Wednesday's midweek game with the final being 10-4 in favor of the Trojans. The win improves Little Rock's record to 20-14 on the season with a big Ohio Valley Conference series against SIUE on the horizon.

ULM jumped out to an early lead in the top of the second with a bases loaded walk to bring in a run. The Warhawks had the bases loaded with no one out earlier in the inning but a nifty 3-2 double play from Christian Bernabe to Graydon Martin got two quick outs for Little Rock and helped to limit the damage in the inning.
