NEW ORLEANS – Cameron Jackson remains the fastest man in the Sun Belt. A year after being named the Sun Belt Freshman of the Year and claiming gold in the 60m, Jackson opened the 2021-22 indoor season in similar fashion with the league's best 60m dash time and third-ranking 200m mark.
His 6.74 time at the Woo Pig Challenge on Dec. 3 ranks 43rd nationally as he claimed gold amidst a field of runners from Arkansas, TCU and Texas A&M. Jackson then returned to action on Jan. 14 to post a time of 21.
