NORMAN, Okla. – Little Rock junior Anton Albers has been named a 2021 Division I PING All-Central Region selection, announced today by the Golf Coaches Association of America. Albers was one of two Sun Belt players named All-Region, earning the first national accolade of his career.
The honor adds to an impressive resume in 2020-21 as Albers was named a first team All-Sun Belt selection on the heels of one of the top individual seasons in Little Rock program history. He currently boasts a 72.27 season scoring average, the fifth-lowest by a Trojan, with 12 rounds of par-or-better, including six in the 60s.
