All-Around Effort Leads Trojans Past Coyotes, 3-1

CONWAY, Ark. – Little Rock put together one of its best all-around efforts of the season, defeating South Dakota 25-18, 24-26, 25-21, 25-21 at the UCA Invitational. The Trojans close out their stay in Conway with a 2-1 mark, improving to 7-3 on the season.

Little Rock had a solid performance across the board, registering 63 total kills and a .231 hitting percentage, compared to 45 and .090 for the Coyotes. Defensively, the Trojans posted 16 total blocks and tallied 93 digs, with South Dakota tallying just seven and 86, respectively.

The effort was led by a triple-double from Taylor Lindberg, who finished the match with 13 kills, 30 assists and 11 digs along with four blocks.
