COVINGTON, La. – Little Rock had a strong start to its 2022-23 spring season, sitting third after the first two rounds of the Tchefuncta Invitational in Covington, Louisiana. The Trojans sit at 29-over 597 after the opening 36 holes, sitting just two shots out of second in the team standings.

Round one saw Little Rock sit fourth among the eight-team field with a 19-over 303. Agatha Alesson had a strong opening round with a 1-over 72, sitting tied for fourth in the individual standings with three birdies and 11 pars over the opening 18 holes.
