LITTLE ROCK - Senior Anton Albers has been named the Sun Belt Men's Golfer of the Week following his impressive performance at the Lake Las Vegas Intercollegiate earlier this week. It is the second Golfer of the Week honor of the season for Albers and the fourth for a Trojan this season.
Albers finished second at the event in Henderson, Nevada, with a 13-under 203, tied for the second-lowest individual tournament score in program history. Albers shot a 66-70-67 over the 54-hole event, finishing with 17 birdies and ranking second in par-four scoring (5-under) and tied for fourth in par-four scoring (8-under).
