Box Score LITTLE ROCK – Morgan Smocovich slotted a penalty kick into the side net with 36 seconds left in the game to even the score at 2-2 and send the game into overtime. But, heartbreak struck the Trojans when Texas State would score in the second overtime of the match to win 3-2.
On a windy day at the Coleman Sports Complex, the Trojans took advantage in the first half controlling most of the first half with the winds at their backs. Little Rock's Lillian Davis would strike first in the game after a ball popped out towards the top of box off a corner kick and Davis would volley it into the upper left corner to put the Trojans up 1-0 in the 31st minute.
