It was a complete, team performance from start to finish as the No. 11 Arizona Women’s Basketball team dismantled Utah on the road by an 85-69 final!
Winning on the road is never easy, and even without star Aari McDonald, who is day-to-day with a lower leg injury, the Cats dominated, finishing their day 26-52 from the field, and shooting 10-19 from beyond the arc.
However, perhaps the biggest story of the day was not the absence of McDonald, but more so the stellar play of junior forward, Sam Thomas in her absence.
