The Philadelphia Eagles won their matchup Sunday against the Los Angeles Rams which now puts them in the driver’s seat for the No. 1 seed in the NFC.
However, their second-year quarterback — and MVP candidate — Carson Wentz tore his ACL and is out for the rest of the season.
Now the 11-2 Eagles will have to rely on former Arizona Wildcats standout Nick Foles to lead the offense the rest of the season.
Foles was a fourth-round draft pick by Philadelphia back in 2012 and has started 37 games in his six-year career.
