New Mexico State added to Arizona men's basketball schedule

College basketball schedules are a living document in the COVID-19 era, and Arizona's keeps evolving.

On the same day its Pac-12 opener with Colorado was postponed, the Wildcats have found a replacement for one of their other COVID-impacted games.

New Mexico State will come to McKale Center on Dec. 12 for a nonconference tilt, replacing the UTEP game that was originally scheduled for Nov. 29 but had to be cancelled because of COVID issues within the UTEP program.

Tip time and TV info is to be determined.

NMSU serves as a major upgrade to Arizona's non-league slate.
