Fresh off Gabe York’s stint playing overseas in Italy, Gabe York was acquired by the Orlando Magics affiliate D-League team; the Eire Bayhawks.
Remember this Gabe York? Yeah, well he showed up in a big way the other night.
The past Thursday night York got his first start as an Erie Bayhawk. The way York played, the D-Fenders seemed to fall apart not knowing how to defend him during the show he put on in the Erie Insurance Arena (Pennsylvania).
I cover the Los Angeles D-Fenders as well as my Cats, so let me tell you, this D-Fenders team is one of the most efficient and cohesive teams I have ever watched play the game.
