Former Arizona quarterback Rhett Rodriguez hospitalized with lung injury after leading UL-Monroe to upset win

Former Arizona quarterback Rhett Rodriguez has been hospitalized with a lung injury he suffered in Louisiana-Monroe’s win over Troy Saturday, according to former UA head coach Rich Rodriguez, now the offensive coordinator at ULM.

“Our family would like to thank everyone who has reached out with their thoughts and prayers for Rhett, as he is currently in the ICU at the hospital because of a lung injury from last night’s game against Troy,” Rich Rodriguez tweeted Sunday.
