On a media call last Friday, Sean Miller noted how quickly things change during the coronavirus pandemic.
Here’s an example: The Arizona Wildcats learned Monday that their season-opener Wednesday vs. NAU has been postponed due to a positive COVID-19 test within the Lumberjacks program, according to Stadium’s Jeff Goodman.
That means Arizona is now scheduled to open the season vs. Grambling State on Friday at 3 p.m. MST, though we’ll see if that game ever gets off the ground.
Dozens of college basketball programs are on hold right now due to COVID-19 as cases surge across the country.
