Another win! The Arizona Women’s Basketball team continued where they left off with a 67-45 win over Wyoming to advance to the semifinals of the WNIT. In front of the largest crowd since 2016, 7,717 strong showed up to support this team and give them that extra boost. Right from tip off this team had it’s foot on the gas and never looked back.
The Wildcats jumped out to a 11-0 in just 3 minutes of play. They would go on to stay in lead for the entirety of the game. The closest Wyoming would get is within 10 points in the third quarter.
