The Arizona women golfers shot a team score of 6-over par 294, good for third place behind Duke (288) and Wake Forest (293) after Round 1 of the NCAA regional championships in South Bend, Indiana.
The UA’s Lindsey Weaver was fifth after opening with a 71. Manon Gidali (73), Krystal Quihuis (75), Kendall Prince (75), and Wanasa Zhou (81) are also competing for the Wildcats.
