Arizona football: Trey Griffey using size to impress NFL scouts at East-West Shrine Game

After being drafted in the 2016 MLB Draft, Trey Griffey will be listening to hear his name called in the 2017 NFL Draft. The former Arizona Wildcats wide receiver has been in Florida since the season ended in preparation for the draft, and like Paul Magloire, his stock has been steadily rising.

This week at practice, Griffey has been impressing the NFL scouts and talent evaluators with his size and adjustments. He has been projected to go undrafted for quite some time, but with this performance, he has stolen the spotlight, no longer being referred to as merely the son of Ken Griffey Jr.
