Cassidy Davis hit a walk-off sacrifice fly off Mariah Lopez as Florida State beat the Wildcats 4-3 in an elimination game on Saturday.
Arizona finishes the season 41-15 overall, going 0-2 at the Women’s College World Series. Saturday’s loss was also possibly the last game of head coach Mike Candrea’s career.
As the Seminoles poured out of the dugout to celebrate Davis’ walk-off, Arizona players slowly trudged off the field.
