On Wednesday night, Sean Miller and Arizona added to a quickly growing and talented 2016 recruiting class. Terrance Ferguson, the 6-foot-7 190 pound, sharp shooting wing out of Dallas, TX, made it official when he committed to Miller and Arizona.
However, things didn’t always look this bright for Arizona in recruiting. Rewind to back to early August, when the Wildcats sole commit for 2016, TJ Leaf, had de-committed from Arizona, before ultimately picking Pac-12 rival UCLA. Following the recruiting drama of Leaf, chicken little and Arizona fans alike were crying that the proverbial sky in Tucson was falling.
