First Arizona Basketball great Mike Bibby joined the BIG3 Professional Basketball League, and now Gilbert Arenas is throwing his hat in the ring, or court if you will. Bibby made his debut in the league on June 25th, 2018 in front of 15,000 fans at Barclay’s Center in Brooklyn, NY. Arenas is set to be drafted in April by the captains of each team and play starting in June of 2019.
On the No Chill Podcast, Arenas explained that he always wanted to train for the BIG3, and then he wanted to “Bust they ass.” Ice Cube, the Commissioner, gave him a basketball to start training.
