Among college basketball task force recommendations: End the one-and-done rule

The Commission on College Basketball on Wednesday recommended sweeping changes to a sport stuck in scandal.

Among them: Eliminating the controversial one-and-done rule, banning cheating coaches for life and allowing undrafted players the opportunity to return to school.

NCAA President Mark Emmert formed the commission last fall after the FBI went public with an investigation that exposed corruption within the sport. Since then, 10 men have been arrested on various charges, including former Arizona assistant coach Emanuel "Book" Richardson. In addition to Arizona, high-profile programs such as Louisville and Kansas have been identified in the probe, as well as USC, Oklahoma State and Auburn.
