4-star 2022 guard Lemyah Hylton commits to Arizona women’s basketball

Adia Barnes has been loading up on highly-ranked frontcourt recruits over the past few years. On Saturday, she reinforced that she could get the guards, too. Arizona got its second verbal commitment from a top 100 guard in the 2022 class when Canadian combo guard Lemyah Hylton announced that she would play for the Wildcats.

Hylton’s commitment adds the HoopGurlz No. 84 player to a class that already includes No. 9 Maya Nnaji and No. 31 Kailyn Gilbert. It’s a class that could rival or surpass the 2018 class that included Cate Reese, especially if Barnes adds additional signees.
