Four Arizona softball signees were named to the PGF All-American Game on Thursday, tied with Oklahoma for the most in the country.
The game is scheduled for August 1 in Irvine, California.
The four recognized were infielder Sophia Carroll (Firecrackers-AZ/Shadow Ridge HS), pitcher/utility Devyn Netz (SoCal Athletics/Ironwood Ridge HS), outfielder Jasmine Perezchica (OC Batbusters/Palm Desert HS) and first baseman Carlie Scupin (Oro Valley Sun Cats/Tucson High).
Scupin is expected to start at first base for the Wildcats in 2021. The others will have a fierce battle for playing time in their first season as Arizona will be extremely senior-heavy.
