The UA received a commitment from three-star linebacker Derrion Clark on Saturday. Clark attends South Oak Cliff High School in Dallas.
The 6-foot, 215-pound linebacker is the No. 1,826 player in the 2019 class, per 247Sports composite rankings. Clark is also the No. 78 inside linebacker and No. 299 player in the state of Texas.
He is officially visiting Arizona this weekend. The UA was his only Power-Five offer.
Clark earned AP Class 5A first-team all-state honors as a junior and sophomore. In 12 games in 2017, Clark tallied 111 tackles, 19 sacks, and 26 tackles for loss, per MaxPreps.
