TEMPE – The 2024 NFCA Division I All-Region accolades were announced on Saturday, and Tanya Windle of Sun Devil softball was named to the West Region Third Team.
Windle becomes the 66th different Sun Devil to be named to an All-Region team and that group has received 112 all-region honors. This is the 18th consecutive season Arizona State has had at least one player named to an all-region team.
In her first season at ASU, Windle led the team with a .369 batting average, 52 hits, and 10 doubles. She recorded 15 multi-hit games and twice had hitting streaks of at least five games.
