NEW ORLEANS - The Bowerman, the most prestigious award given to the NCAA's top men and women's track and field athletes, could soon be in the hands of the most dominant thrower of 2021 - three-time First Team All-American Turner Washington (Tucson, Arizona). The Bowerman advisory panel announced Washington, alongside Louisiana State's JuVaughn Harrison and Oregon's Cole Hocker, as this year's men's finalists following an unforgettably record-breaking season. On the women's side, Tara Davis (Texas), Tyra Gittens (Texas A&M) and Athing Mu (Texas A&M) are finalists.
