TEMPE, Ariz. – The Sun Devils not only appeared live the Golf Channel as part of the Morning Drive selection show, the team also learned they will be the No. 2 seed in the NCAA Lubbock (Texas) Regional (May 8-10) during the broadcast.
The 6,593-yard, par-72 Rawls Course, home to host-Texas Tech, was completed in September 2003 and features a 60-acre driving range. Golfweek Magazine named it the No. 4 campus course in the U.S. in September 2016.
"We're very excited," said head coach Missy Farr-Kaye. "We have a little bit of a family tie to Texas Tech.
