Sun Devil Men's Golf completed the first round of the 2023 NCAA Championship in a tie for 21st at 11-over 291 (69-71-75-76). ASU was paced by Josele Ballester, who shot 1-under 69 in a tie for 14th individually.
Ballester is just the second Sun Devil to shoot under par in the opening round of the NCAA Tournament in its three years at Grayhawk.
