COLLEGE STATION, Texas - Sun Devil track and field returned to competition Saturday, officially opening the 2021 season at Texas A&M's Ted Nelson Invitational in College Station, Texas. ASU celebrated 10 top-three finishes, including two hotly contested 4x400m relays.
Ta'nalya Gordon kicked off the meet for the Sun Devils by taking third in the long jump, going 5.56m at her first meet in Maroon and Gold. Katie Eidem finished sixth, going 5.49m, just short of her 5.58m personal record.
