An Arizona State men's basketball game is not scheduled in either the morning or evening of Wednesday, February 25, 2026, after a bitter defeat the previous night against the TCU Horned Frogs.
On Tuesday, February 24, Arizona State lost the game, finding it unable to overcome a second-half onslaught by TCU. However, foul trouble and interior defense gaps kept the Sun Devils down despite instances of excellent guard work.
The discipline turned out to be a significant problem for ASU. The Sun Devils had 29 personal fouls, which took TCU to the free-throw line 40 times. Eight of the nine Arizona State players who got on the floor all ended the game with two or more fouls, and freshman center Massamba Diop fouled out, which reduced the ASU paint-side options.
