TEMPE, Ariz. – Sun Devil Hockey graduating defenseman Jakob Stridsberg has signed a professional contract with HC Vita Hästen of the Allsvenskan hockey league in Sweden, a second tier of the Swedish ice hockey system.
"We're very proud of Jakob and his ability to go home and play professional hockey in Sweden," said head coach Greg Powers. "It's a great opportunity for him, and we look forward to following his career at the next level."
The Swedish d-man finished his three years of eligibility at ASU playing in 90 games with 14 goals and 15 assists.
