WACO, Texas – Sun Devil Baseball held on for a massive road series win, taking down Baylor in a rubber match, 8-6, on Sunday afternoon at Baylor Ballpark.
ASU (32-17, 16-8 Big 12) recorded its ninth series win of the season, improving to 9-3 in weekend series. The win - coupled with other results across the conference - leaves the Sun Devils alone in second place in the Big 12 standings. Arizona State is one game up on TCU and Arizona and three games behind West Virginia. ASU is 6-2 in Big 12 weekend series on the year.
