TEMPE, Ariz. – Continuing to propel himself further into Arizona State lore, Sun Devil senior Jon Rahm earned his third consecutive Individual title at the ASU Karsten hosted Thunderbird Invitational Sunday afternoon, carding a final day three-under, 68. In garnering his second title of the season, Rahm is now the only player in the event’s history to hoist the Thunderbird trophy three times.
Potentially even more remarkable, Rahm, by virtue of Sunday’s victory, is now the second winningest golfer in Arizona State program history, with nine titles to his credit.
