SEATTLE -- Sun Devil Water Polo was awarded All-MPSF awards honoring junior attacker Millie Quin and freshman attacker Itziar Almeda. Quin received the Delfina All-MPSF Second Team Honors and Almeda earned her first collegiate honors with an All-MPSF Honorable Mention and All-MPSF Newcomer Team. Their consistent performance has lifted the Sun Devils to their second best season record in the last eight years after going 23-8 last year. Together, they accounted for 148 of the team's 370 goals (40 percent) and 62 of its 129 assists–almost half the total.
Itziar Almeda was recognized for her freshman year performance with two honors recognitions.
