Since Arizona State was accused last month by Utah of stealing signs and then admitted to doing so, the Sun Devils' opponents have gotten creative in their efforts to protect their play calls.
Oregon started the trend by holding up sheets around its coaches on the sideline at Sun Devil Stadium to block the Arizona State staff's view, and Washington apparently decided to borrow the strategy Saturday.
