There was a lot of movement this week, thanks to a couple of upsets, most notably the 20-19 win by Cal over No. 12 Washington which wasn't cemented until long after all other games had finished because it as delayed in the first quarter for more than two hours because of weather.
Colorado, which lost its last seven games of the 2018 campaign, needed overtime before beating former conference rival and No. 25 Nebraska 34-31.
Those two teams have been bottom feeders in recent years.
