No. 7 Arizona State wrestling swept the back half of a meet against No. 7 Iowa State on Saturday night, winning 21-12 to go undefeated in the Duals on the Diamond at Chase Field.
ASU trailed 12-3 after the first five matches then won five from 165 through heavyweight including major decisions from Zahid Valencia, Kordell Norfleet and Tanner Hall.
Earlier Saturday, the Sun Devils crushed Harvard 43-3 and rallied from 15-6 behind to beat Campbell, 21-18. Campbell also beat Iowa State, 22-14, to finish second with a 2-1 record.
The key match for ASU against Iowa State was at 174, where Anthony Valencia made an early third-period escape hold up for a 6-5 win over Sam Colbray, who dropped down from 184.
