N'Keal Harry's NFL career is not getting off to a quick start.
The Patriots placed the rookie wide receiver on the injured reserve on Monday, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Harry, New England's first-round pick in the 2019 NFL draft, has battled an ankle injury during the preseason.
Schefter tweeted that the former Arizona State standout is expected to be back this season.
The Patriots are re-signing Demaryius Thomas to help their depth at wide receiver, Schefter reported.
