FEDERAL WAY, Wash. – Sun Devil men's swimming started off their Pac-12 Championships on a high note, outperforming their seed in both relays en route to two NCAA A-Cuts on the first night of the Men's Swimming Pac-12 Championships.
ASU improved on their fifth-place finish in the 200 medley relay from last year, with the all-underclassmen foursome of Zach Poti-Elijah Warren-Khalil Fonder-Evan Carlson racing to a third place finish in the first event of the week.
The mens' time of 1:24.20 was also just one-tenth of a second off the school record of 1:24.
