The Sun Devil men's golf team has opened the spring season Monday at the Southwestern Invitational and is in third as darkness halted the second round at North Ranch Country Club (par 72/6,992).
The teams will finish the second round Tuesday and then play the final 18, as ASU is at 8-over 584 (293-281). Pepperdine (-3) and USC (+4) have holes to play
