After falling to Oklahoma in semifinal play at the NCAA championship tournament, the Arizona State Men’s golf team is hungry for more this upcoming season.
David Puig is one of many returners who will continue to make a big impact for the Sun Devils.
The rising junior from La Garriga, Spain participated in the 2021 Arnold Palmer Cup in June representing the International team. Puig went 3-1 in the tournament, but the International team as a whole lost 33-27.
This past season Puig was a semifinalist for the Ben Hogan Award February Golfer of the Month and Pac-12 men’s golfer of the month for January/February.
