KOHALA COAST, Hawai`i--Oklahoma State topped the rest of a loaded field and won the 31st annual Amer Ari Intercollegiate Saturday. The Cowboys climbed four slots from Friday's standings to win by one stroke over Texas Tech, while Arizona State finished third.
OSU claimed the team and individual titles in dramatic fashion. Eugenio Lopez-Chacarro eagled the final hole of the day to card a course-record 62, pushing the Cowboys one shot past Texas Tech
The No. 4 nationally ranked (Golfstat) Cowboys shot a tournament low round of 24-under 264, pushing them to -50 for the tournament.
