GREENSBORO, NC -- The No.15/20 Sun Devils continue to rewrite the record books at the NC State Invitational, as one program record was shattered in the finals session on Day Two of the NC State Invitational Friday evening.
Léon Marchand, who already set a record in the 200 IM on Thursday, cruised to a program-best 3:35.62 in the 400 IM. In doing so, he logged the fifth fastest time in NCAA or USA Swimming history.
HOW IT HAPPENED
The Sun Devils continue to crowd the top of the leaderboard in the IM races, as three of the top four finishes in the A-cut finals race all donned Maroon & Gold.
