Last year, it was Casey Tucker from Stanford and Roy Hemsley from USC joining Arizona State football as transfers.
This year, Roe Wilkins from Rice and Cody Shear from Oregon are new to the Sun Devils, filling immediate needs and those over the next few season.
Wilkins (6-4, 273) is a grad transfer with the potential to impact the defensive line in his single season at ASU like Tucker did in 2018 on the offensive line.
Shear (6-4, 280) is a longer play for ASU, not learning until the first day of preseason camp that he would be eligible this season.
