The previous one was guard James Harden, also from Lakewood (Artesia High School), who was a five-star recruit in the class of 2007 rated No. 14 nationally by 247Sports.

It appears that Harden, a star with the NBA's Houston Rockets, has given Christopher his permission to wear his No. 13 at ASU.
