For Joey Daccord, it's as if he's just waking up from an all-time dream.
"I almost don't even feel like it happened, it was so surreal," said Daccord, back at Oceanside Ice Arena in Tempe after a whiplash two weeks that took him from his NCAA Tournament debut for Arizona State hockey to his NHL debut and now back to campus to complete the semester.
"In the blink of an eye, I go from being a college kid to being in the public eye," Daccord said. "It all almost happened so fast that I haven't really been able to process it yet.
