BOSTON – Despite goals from Tim Theocharidis and Josh Doan, the Arizona State men's ice hockey team was tripped up by Boston University, falling 2-5 at Agganis Arena on Saturday night. Doan's 22 points on the season leads all NCAA freshmen in scoring. Sun Devil Hockey scheduled a quick turnaround and faces No. 11 Northeastern on Tuesday, Jan. 11 at Matthews Arena.
ASU (12-12-0) and BU (9-9-3) tied for shots on goal at 38 each while starting goaltender Ben Kraws made 33 saves, his fifth time this season making 30+ saves.
