Four Men's Golfers Earn All-America Honors For Second Straight Year

Senior Mason Andersen has closed out his Sun Devil career by earning third-team PING All-America honors, as announced by the Golf Coaches Association of America, while three teammates earned honorable mention honors.

It marks the second straight season -- last year was the first time since 2009 -- the program has four GCAA All-Americans thanks to outstanding play all season combined with a strong run at the NCAA Championships

Andersen put the exclamation point on his career with three match play wins at the NCAA Championship, beating Oklahoma's Patrick Welch 1-up in the quarterfinals, Pepperdine's Dylan Menante in 19 holes in the semifinals before cruising to a 3 & 2 win over Cole Hammer of Texas in the championship.
