TEMPE, Ariz. – Ringing in the 2019 season, No. 20 Arizona State gymnastics finished in second with a score of 195.000, trailing No. 19 Missouri and beating No. 23 Minnesota and the University of Illinois at Chicago.
"We have work to do," Arizona State head coach Jay Santos said. "had a few jitters. We need to clean up and hit out landings better. The beam routines were close to where we want them, but there were a few bobbles or a small mistake here and there. If we finish those routines clean, we are in good shape.
