TEMPE - Stunnaman Rich is Columbia bound! Freshman Richard Figueroa (125 lb/57 kg) and 14 other Americans will travel to Cali, Colombia with USA Wrestling this week to compete in the Junior Pan American Games. Wrestling runs Dec. 1-4, with Figueroa set to open qualifying Thursday morning at 8 a.m. MST/10 a.m. local before taking on the finals Friday morning at 8 a.m. MST/10 a.m. local. Cali, Colombia is two hours ahead of Arizona.

Figueroa is a 2018 Cadet World silver medalist and joined the Junior World Team at 57 kg on May 2 after defeating Ryan Miller (Penn RTC) in back-to-back bouts at the UWW Junior Nationals.
