LAS VEGAS – Courtney Ekmark tied a season high with six 3-pointers to help lead the No. 20 Arizona State women's basketball team to a 66-49 win over Colorado in the first round of the Pac-12 Tournament.
Robbi Ryan added 13 points for the Sun Devils (20-9), who set a new school record for consecutive 20-win seasons with six.
Colorado was led by Alexis Robinson, who scored 14 of her game high 19 points in the second half.
ASU outscored the Buffaloes 23-9 over the final 10 minutes to weather the challenge of a very game Colorado squad.
